I wouldn't trust anyone else. Vern helped me find another insurance that was right for me. I hated to leave United Health care. But there were thing they couldn't cover anymore. Vern explained everything and looked for the best insurance that fit me. He's been with me for many years.

We were referred to Lavern Coleman in November of 2013 as a source to acquire supplemental health insurance to our Medicare coverage for which we had recently become eligible.
In our first meeting with him, representing United Health Care through AARP, Lavern was not only prepared and knowledgeable in presenting to us a choice of products along with various cost options, but also had the patience and sensitivity to explain any concerns or answer any questions we had during the presentation. As a result, we concluded our meeting feeling satisfied and confident with the choices we made.
Since then, in the past six plus years, Lavern has been exceptionally responsive with either a communication or a personal visit as needed to address any upgrades we may have required or inquiries we might have had.
Lavern has consistently been to us, most comfortable to work with and, we might add, a pleasure to visit with. We would also add that we have taken the personal liberty of feeling we have a friend in the health insurance business and would highly recommend Lavern as a source to others with similar insurance needs
