We met Lavern Coleman about 7 years ago when my husband turned 65. When he came to our house the first time to go over my husband's options regarding all the supplemental health insurance plans, we knew right away that we liked and trusted him. We weren't sure what plan was best, but Lavern walked us through all of the different options and helped us decide which plan was best for us, both medically and financially. He also helped us choose the best prescription plan. When I turned 65, Lavern helped me as well. We have come to enjoy our periodic visits with Laverne. He is the nicest person we've ever met. I'm usually skeptical about dealing with insurance people but he's really different. He truly cares about people, wants to help and knows his business. And it all comes though loud and clear. That's why when any of our friends or family are looking for an insurance agent, we don't hesitate giving them Lavern's name and number.
