“We were referred to Lavern Coleman in November of 2013 as a source to acquire supplemental health insurance to our Medicare coverage for which we had recently become eligible.
In our first meeting with him, representing United Health Care through AARP, Lavern was not only prepared and knowledgeable in presenting to us a choice of products along with various cost options, but also had the patience and sensitivity to explain any concerns or answer any questions we had during the presentation. As a result, we concluded our meeting feeling satisfied and confident with the choices we made.
Since then, in the past six plus years, Lavern has been exceptionally responsive with either a communication or a personal visit as needed to address any upgrades we may have required or inquiries we might have had.

When he came to our house the first time to go over my husband’s options regarding all the supplemental health insurance plans, we knew right away that we liked and trusted him.
